A G.I. Joe / Transformers crossover toy, after a fashion, Marissa and Afterburner are a 2015 Transformers Collectors Club store exclusive. Their molds are reuses of G.I. Joe toys – Marissa is a combination of female Joes including the Baroness, Cover Girl and Scarlett, while Afterburner is a redeco of the G.I. Joe Retaliation Wheel Blaster Bike.
The set is based on the Generation 1 episode “Money is Everything” where Marissa teamed up with the Technobots.
